Pillar 1: Leadership Summit Series
Hosting the Annual Leadership Summit as the Centre’s flagship platform for thought leadership, policy dialogue and leadership networking.

Pillar 2: Executive Education and Professional Certification
Designing and delivering executive programmes, leadership masterclasses and professional certification courses for public and private sector leaders.

Pillar 3: Staff Development and Institutional Capacity Building
Organising workshops, seminars and training programmes to enhance the competencies, productivity and leadership capabilities of university staff and personnel in public and private organisations.

Pillar 4: Youth and Emerging Leaders Development
Developing future leaders through mentoring, coaching, leadership academies and career development initiatives for students, NYSC members and young professionals.
